I can sit down with any entrepreneur at any stage and show them how they can improve their week. Most people don't realize if they were actually disciplined around doing what they're supposed to do when they're supposed to do it, they wouldn't have to do the extra work. But because they don't, then Saturday morning, they got to work. If you ask my assistant what percent of things that I put in Dan's calendar that he does, the answer is almost always lack of sleep doesn't get in the way. The fact that my kids kept me up till two in the morning doesn't stop me. And in that discipline, I don't have to work nights and weekends.
