I'm just coming off that gym high, and I have a really important message I wanna share with you that I want you to internalize. So I spent 4 years studying cell biology and biochemistry at Dartmouth, then spent another 3 getting my PhD in metabolism at Oxford, and I'm finishing up my 4th year studying medicine at Harvard Medical School. And in that over decade of formal study, I haven't even learned a tenth of what I learned about diet, nutrition, and metabolism as compared to just experimenting on myself. And I think that's a really important message to share because people don't realize how much power you have if you live your N=1 life, as you see your metabolic health journey as an opportunity, a privilege to experiment on yourself, iterate, and always improve. That's empowering and it's fun. So don't underestimate the power you have to transform your life, transform your metabolism, And that's my message for you. I hope you found it inspiring, and, uh, be your own citizen scientist. Bye!
