Pinealon, a three-amino-acid peptide from Russian research, may double REM sleep and cross the blood-brain barrier to boost melatonin and protect against neurodegenerative disease. Doctors and scientists report needing less sleep, clearer thinking, and vivid dreams after taking it.

There's a simple sleep peptide that might double your REM sleep. It's doubling the amount of rapid eye movement sleep that I'm getting. Doubling. Improve your sleep quality, clear brain fog, and even give you 8K dreams. It's called Pinealon, and when I heard about it, I thought it must be a joke. It all began with researchers in Russia studying extracts of brain, but now it's emerging into the Western mainstream with a deluge of information coming out about peptides. But this peptide in particular, pinealon, it's kind of special because it's so tiny, just 3 little amino acids. And while that might make it sound less impressive, it makes it more bioavailable orally. You can take it by mouth. It penetrates deep into your body, into your brain, into your cells. It can get into the nucleus of your cells and bind to grooves on DNA to change gene expression, genes involved in melatonin synthesis and neuroprotection. There are even animal model data suggesting it protects against Alzheimer's disease and Huntington's disease. And while the data are still early, what caught my attention truly was the stories I'm hearing from colleagues, scientists, and doctors behind the scenes who are experimenting with it, who are saying it lets them get by on less sleep, clears their brain fog, and even gives them 8K dreams like they're living through a James Cameron movie in their sleep. So I figured I need to try it, and I'll report back. And if you want the deep dive on pinealon, check out the notes below and subscribe for more cutting-edge health content.
