Nikki McCutchen explains how Silent Night works: it activates gut serotonin, which triggers melatonin production for sleep. Try it for a month. If you see fast results like Ricky did, your serotonin is working. If not, see a functional medicine doctor about dysregulation.

So what's really cool is I always tell people when it comes to the Silent Night, I'm going to explain the X39 to you here in a minute. But with the Silent Night, something that happens is that it activates the serotonin, which is a neurotransmitter in your gut that then turns on the melatonin that allows you to sleep. And so I usually tell people to at least try it for 1 month because normally if your serotonin works properly, then you can have very quick results with the Silent Night like Ricky did, which is what's so cool. The other great thing about it is that if for some reason you don't have results quickly, that tells you that I would recommend that you go see a functional medicine doctor, have them check your serotonin to figure out what's going on there, because most likely you have dysregulated serotonin. So I actually have dysregulated serotonin, and so I continue to wear the Silent Night because I know that's the first thing that it supports. And, um, and so I want that extra help even though it never gets to the melatonin for me because I need that help with the, um, with my serotonin. So that's one reason that I, you know, continue to use the technology because I know the science behind it and that's what it does.
