Because your business can't afford not to grow, that's why we deliver daily 10 minute business lessons for the real world. I'm your host, your coach, your teacher Omar Zenholm. I'm also the co founder of the $100 MBA, a complete business training and community online over at 100 MBA net and in today's episode you will learn how you can use On Demand webinars to increase your revenue. I've been using On Demand webinars as one of our sales strategies for the last 12 months and it's been an amazing tool and I want to walk you through what I've been doing so you can do the same. What I love about On Demand webinars is that they're very easy to set up and they convert like nothing else. It Allows people to quickly get value from you, learn what's in it for them, understand how they can learn more, and it gets them to buy. That's the most important thing if you're selling courses, products, services under a thousand dollars. On demand webinars are an incredible way to run your sales pipeline on autopilot. I'm going to walk you through step by step. How to set one up, how to drive traffic to it, how to make sure you make it easy for them to to take your offer and convert. So let's get into it. Let's get down to business. On demand webinars are a way for your potential customer to quickly learn about what you can offer them, build trust with you, and do it on their own time. The thing about on demand webinars is that they can instantly get access. They can instantly learn, there's no waiting. And the fact that it's evergreen is awesome because you can run this play over and over 24, 7 and continue to get sales. So let me walk you through the building blocks. So the first thing I do is I actually create the offer. Okay, before I create the actual webinar, the on demand webinar, I create the offer. What am I going to offer this person that's going to be on the webinar? In my case, I offer a $99 course called the Automated Webinar Challenge. It's a 30 day challenge with 30 videos, step by step guidance, and they can sign up on their own. Okay, and it's $99. That's my offer. In that offer, I include some amazing bonuses like coaching calls, some templates, slide templates like PowerPoint, keynote slides, as well as sops like standard operating procedures for each step. And I give them, of course, lifetime access to the course. Now that I know what I'm offering them, I want to cater the automated webinar to the offer. What I want to do is I want to give them great value. I want to give them something that is really going to get them feeling like they'll learn something. Something that they can take away and do something with it. But what my offer does, it allows them to implement what I taught them on the webinar with far greater ease, with accountability, with help, it'll be faster for them to accomplish their goals. And that's how I build out the automated webinar. So I actually shoot a video on my computer and then just upload the video for my automated webinar. So I actually shoot about a 25, 30 minute workshop included in that 25 to 30 minute is my sales offer. So the actual workshop itself is about 20 minutes and I wrap up with a 10 minute offer as well as a call to action. So what I do is I actually teach a high level but useful summary of what I'm gonna teach them in the challenge. In the course, I basically cover the basics. And I would say in that 20 minutes, I teach about, you know, 5% of the information that's in the and show them what they can actually accomplish after they complete the automated webinar course. Now this is very, very meta because I'm on an automated webinar teaching them how they can run their own automated webinar, which is really cool because it actually shows them by example. So this has been an incredible strategy for me because I'm able to teach them great knowledge, I'm able to give them great takeaways. I actually show them the five key steps to running an automated webinar. And then I show them, hey, if you want the step by step guidance, the details, how to craft your title and price your products and put your slides together and all that kind of stuff, you're going to want to sign up for the challenge. And here's the offer. And I close with the offer and then I go ahead and send them an offer button. I give them the link to sign up to the course. This is all in the automated webinar and I present this all on video. So I shoot the video, I shoot the actual workshop and the offer in the video separately. Then I upload that video to, to my webinar software. So no surprise, I use webinar Ninja. We have on demand webinars. They're called Watch now webinars and they're included in every plan. And it's very, very simple. I can upload a video directly into webinar Ninja and I can create polls and offers, timed offers, all that kind of stuff to release and show whenever I like. And from there they see the offer and they can go ahead and, and sign up for the course. I also have some email sequences. After the webinar, I send them a reminder of the offer one day and then I wait three days and give them another reminder. I wait five days and I invite them to ask questions. They can reply and ask support any questions they have about the course. And that's it. I set that up and I set it and forget it. Like I'm making a chicken in the oven. Like I'm in a cooking show, right? The point here is that's so Simple. Now, all I do now to drive traffic to that automated webinar is I run some simple ads on Facebook. All I need to do is experiment. I first spend $100 and experiment with different ads on Facebook for getting registrants on that webinar. I see how many people I can get on that webinar. So say, for example, with $100, I get 20 registrants. If I convert at 10% on that automated webinar, that means I get two buyers. That means I just doubled my money. They bought the course. That's $99. $99, $198. I spent $100. I made $98 profit. Now all I need to do is drive more traffic and lower my cost per acquisition for the ad. And I'm making more and more money and I just run the ad. That's it. And I just get regular sales for the course over and over. I know this sounds really simple, and it's because it is simple. The process itself is simple. But most people don't do it because they don't put in the work to actually create a great workshop and have an offer shoot the video and take the, what, 10 minutes to set it up on webinar Ninja to get your automated webinar up and running. And the rest is just driving traffic, paying for the traffic via Facebook ads or Google Ads or Instagram ads, whatever you prefer. If you're new to this, I recommend using adespresso. It's a great software that you can use if you in conjunction with Facebook or Google. Of course, Instagram ads as well, because Facebook owns Instagram, and it's easy for you to do split tests and really optimize your ads to get a lower cost per acquisition.

ADP knows anything can change the world of work. Like what if a blocked shipping port caused a worldwide coffee shortage? Suddenly, businesses are scrambling to manage an increasingly drowsy workforce. Productivity slips 20% just due to the extended time it takes to conduct a job interview while yawning. Anything can change the world of work from HR to payroll. ADP helps businesses take on the next anything ADP always designing for people to.
