How do I know? Well, I made these hires early on to really see the needle move in my business to really see things ramp up. They weren't full time, they were hourly, maybe 5, 10 maximum 20 hours a week. I'm gonna tell you what these four hires are, how they can help grow your business and how to find them. So let's get into it let's get down to business.

So let's jump right into it. Four part time hires that can help you grow your business as quickly as possible. I chose these four hires to do exactly that. You're making a minimal investment to get a maximum return. First hire an executive assistant, a virtual assistant, somebody that can do your $10 tasks. What are $10 tasks? Well, these little nitty gritty tasks that you are doing right now that are wasting your time, that are not really worth much. They don't actually bring in money into the company. You should be focusing on $10,000 tasks as the founder, as the person that's behind the product. You're the expert. You need to use your genius to bring in the big bucks. You shouldn't be using your time doing admin work. We're talking email scheduling, taking notes, updating blog posts, all the little finicky things that anybody can be trained to do. If you don't have an executive assistant already, you could definitely get one. And you could start part time, 20 hours a week. For this job position, I recommend you check out onlinejobs.ph this is a job board based out of the Philippines. You can get some really good talent for a part time hire for this position. $300 a month is the range. You're looking at peanuts compared to the amount of time you're going to save. They're going to save you 20 hours a week. Imagine what you can do with 20 hours extra a week to bring in more clients, more customers, build better products, do more live webinars, make more sales. This is what you should be focusing on, not admin work. Okay, so first hire executive assistant. This is going to relieve you of all the little nitty gritty stuff and allow you to focus on the stuff that really brings in the money. Hire number two, a part time content writer. Our full time content writer, Connor on our team was part time in the beginning and he was able to fill in some gaps. And the reason why I recommend a content writer is because they're able to write you blog posts, they're able to write you scripts for your videos, they're able to create your social media snippets. What do all these things have in common? They're all marketing activities that are going to bring in Customers that are going to make you money and all they focus on is writing great copy to sell your products or services. You get to focus on creating a better product and great copy. Great writing like a blog post that's evergreen, that's going to bring you traffic via SEO is an investment, right? It's something that you're going to reap the benefits for years to come. Okay. Their work will equal dollars. Okay. Now a content writer is a little bit expensive because they are a high skilled job. But you can get some really good writers and some of them work via a word count or per blog post or per hour. So you're looking around 15, all the way to 30, $40 an hour to just get started. And you can start with 10 hours a week and move up 15, 20 as you see fit. A great site to find somebody who works remotely to help you with this position is weworkremotely.com is a good job site for this type of work. It's usually a tech site or tech jobs, but they also have content jobs. Upwork is also a good place to look for somebody in this area. Next, a customer service agent. Now, not any customer service agent, you know, you may not have that many customers or that many customer service requests, but great customer service goes a long way. It helps you keep your customers and get returned customers. But I also want you to find if you're going to make one hire that's part time, find somebody who is really going to focus on dealing with delinquent churn. Delinquent payments. A lot of entrepreneurs leave a lot of money on the table where they don't follow up with customers that have failed credit cards, that don't renew their credit card information. They forgot to update their their credit card information in their account when it's time for renewal for maybe their membership or their annual access to your community. Just simply, they just need a personal touch to get them to update their information. Many people just ignore this and they're leaving thousands, maybe even hundreds of thousands of dollars on the table off Delinquent Churn. And if you have somebody dedicated that just goes to your stripe account or goes to your back end and says, okay, here are all the failed payments. These are all the customers that are attached to it. I'm going to email each one and out to them and ask them to update their credit card information so they can continue to get all the benefits of your products and services. An individual email from a real person makes a whole lot of difference. And this is low hanging fruit. Easy Part time hire again onlinejobs PH is a good place to find that person. There's also a service that can do this, but I know they have minimums in terms of how many customers or how many failed payments, but check them out. They're called Gravy at gravysolutions.IO at Capella.

All right, Number four, my fourth recommended part time hire to grow your business right now is an accountant. If you don't have an account already, you should really look into an account. Accounts can actually be quite inexpensive. You don't need somebody who is with you full time. They could just be on a retainer for a few hundred dollars a month. I recommend you find one either in your local startup or co working space. There's a lot of accountants that do that. But why an account? An account can really do a few things. You want to find an account that actually specializes in these things. Number one, an accountant can really find ways for you to save some money with your taxes so you can automatically make some money right off the bat. Number two, you should find an accountant that really understands grants incentives from the government. There are a lot of grants programs that your local government, your country will offer that you're unaware of. But an account, a good account, is tapped into that and knows what to apply for every year. Something where you can make some money every year through a grant or through a rebate. Lastly, a good accountant that understands the numbers understands business entrepreneurship can kind of be your CFO can kind of look at your numbers and say, you know what, you could save a whole lot more money. You could be a whole lot more profitable if you just cut these expenses or you did this or did that or negotiated this rate with this vendor. They can make some really good recommendations and you can feel a lot more confident about your numbers and the trajectory of your financial future. This is a very simple, simple part time hire that can help you tremendously, especially with taxes, growth and of course, like I said, opportunities to be more efficient with your finances. Guys, that wraps up today's lesson. Those are the four top part time hires I recommend you make. One, an EA2, a content writer. Number three, a customer service support agent that specializes in delinquent churn. Lastly, an accountant. All right, before I go, I want to leave you with this no one says that you have to make full time hires right off the bat. You can always start part time and it's actually a good exercise to have kind of an extended interview, a chance for you to really see what they do in the real world with your business. And then if things go well, if your business grows and you can afford it, you can turn that part time hire to a full time one. Thanks so much for listening and I'll check you in Monday's episode. Have a good one. Take care.
