I started my co founder back in 2014 and in today's lesson you will learn how to attract the perfect leads. I'm talking about the people that are made to be your customers that are hungry for what you have. They're not tire kickers, they're not time wasters. They're people that are looking for solutions. I'm going to walk you through my step by step system on how I do this with my business and how I teach this to other businesses so that they can stop wasting their time trying to sell to people that don't actually make good clients. They're not a good fit. We want high quality leads that are perfect for our products or services. I'm going to show you how to identify who these people are, how to create a magnet to attract them and then once you have this lead, how do you take them to the next step so that they become buyers? The first step in attracting perfect leads is identifying what is a perfect lead to you? Who is your ideal customer? Define them. Who are they? What are they struggling with? What have they tried already? Let me give you an example. Let's say I'm a yoga instructor and I specialize in helping start using yoga to cure their back pain. I'm really for beginners, so the person I'm looking for is somebody who has some back pain, maybe because they're on the computer all day and I can give them a really solid win by showing them some yoga moves, some yoga positions that can alleviate that pain. Maybe they're a busy entrepreneur, maybe they've tried going to yoga classes, but it's intimidating because they don't know all the yoga poses and they don't know how to do them. They don't know the names of them, but they are sold on exercise. Maybe they're an athlete or an ex athlete, but yoga is something new to them. See how I really defined who this person is, who they are, who they're not, what they've tried, what they've done. Why is this important? Because the more specific I am about who I want to attract, the easier it is for me to attract them. If I'm trying to attract everybody, then I have to think about all the different scenarios, but I really just have to focus on this scenario. This is the type of person that's perfect for for my products or services. Yes, other types of people can buy my products and services, but they're not perfect for them. They're not gonna be raving fans. I'm looking for perfect leads. So once I've defined them, what I do next is I need to create a piece of content that will serve this person in their first step on their journey to getting a solution to cure their pain to make their back feel better. So knowing who I'm looking for, I've just described them. I'm gonna create something short and sweet and what I recommend is A one page maximum two page PDF. Why do I want it to short? Well, because I don't want to make it long because if it's long, they're going to shelve it on their hard drive or on their computer or on their phone. I want it to be short enough for them to say, I can consume this right now and I'm going to do something else to make sure they consume it. But I will get to that in a second. But it's a nice short and sweet. And in my case of this example with yoga, I'm going to show them three yoga poses they can do right now as soon as they download the PDF to make their back feel better. And they're very simple poses, or like beginner poses, like child's pose, cat pose and Shavasana, which is basically like just laying down. I know that if somebody's a beginner and is the type of lead that I described, type of person, that if they do these poses, they're gonna get a win. My job here is to get them a win.

Why?

Because if I get them a quick win, I will build trust and rapport with them and they'll be interested in getting more of what I just showed them. So how do I offer this PDF? Well, I combine this PDF with an aut. Go ahead and try that and hold that pose for the next 10 seconds. Don't forget to breathe through it. And I walk them through all three poses. Towards the end of my five minute video, I say, hey, how did that feel? Do you feel better? Well, how would you like to feel better every day? Now you might be asking Omar, that's awesome. How do I get people to sign up for this automated webinar to attract these leads? Now remember, you're going to show them your webinar. Only the people that are perfect for this type of content, which are your perfect leads, will sign up. And that's good because it's going to qualify that lead. So I highly recommend you start with these areas to market your webinar before you start thinking about running ads. Because a lot of people forget about the low hanging fruit. The easy places to market. Let me list them. Number one, your homepage. Make sure you have a hello banner. A banner up top that tells people I have a free 5 minute workshop and PDF to show them how to do XYZ. You can install a hello banner on any website using a free tool called sumo.Sumo.com. add it to your blog. The bottom of your blog post on the right column or left column. With webinar Ninja, you can install a registration form right on your website. Add a link to your automated webinar to all your email signatures. You're sending emails back and forth to people. You might as well let them know, hey, I got a free training in PDF. Go here. Change all your profiles on social media. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter to include the link to your automated webinar. People are going to check out your profile on social media. You're getting traffic. Capitalize on it. Same thing with your website. That's why I said the hello banner. You're getting traffic anyway. Leverage that traffic.

All right, to wrap up today's episode, a couple more ways to market that lead magnet or automated webinar. Be a guest on podcasts and lead them to your webinar. What I recommend is you create a page on your website that's an easy URL. Like for example, for me it's webinarninja.comworkshop that's easy to say and remember on a podcast. I just make sure that my automated webinar link, which is a little bit more detailed and not easy to read or say on a podcast, and I make sure that that link just forwards to that link. If you don't know how to do this, just contact your website hosting provider and they can show you how to forward links. It's a super simple way for you to have a pretty link that's easy to say and remember for the listener. A tool that I like to use to get me on other podcasts is called podmatch. They have a couple plans. I go with the higher plan that's $99 a month and basically it matches me with other podcasts that I can be a guest on. This allows me to get on something like a dozen podcasts a month. Pretty amazing. And now for my last strategy, which is underutilized and that's the guest post. If you can guest post on other blogs that have audiences that would be perfect for you. Write a guest post, write a very helpful blog post and at the end of the blog post say, hey, if you want to keep learning or you Want my free PDF and 5 minute training? Click the link. There you have it guys. I walked you through step by step how to attract your perfect lead and create that lead magnet that's perfect for that perfect customer.
