Alright guys, we're here at 2123 N. Kunstan St. The house is located west side of Columbus Franklinton brick house, newer three dimensional roof. Let's walk around to the back. Gutters appear to be intact with the roof there. The side rear of the property we have a detached garage. We are first going to go into the 21 unit side. Each side is three bedrooms, one bathroom. Entry, living room area. She tells some demo work has been started on this house. Dining room, family room area. Here we are working our way to the kitchen. Again you can see some demo work has been started, some plumbing, some wiring. Someone started the run here. We're going to go down to the basement first. Once again you can see some of the wiring on the side. Rough in for the plumbing. We're gonna head upstairs. Start off with the bathroom. Bedroom one, Bedroom two, Bedroom three. And with these units as well there's a very large attic space that is usable. This is the attic space here. Does have a little bit of drywall and flooring is close to being finished.
