Single family home. Property management is changing and it's easy to see why. After Covid, Wall street rushed into the space, Silicon Valley followed. And now everybody has an opinion on the property management industry. So the perception has changed. On top of that, the great generational wealth transfer is happening. That is all these boomers that are passing away, handing their portfolio of properties to their millennial and Gen Z children, which is going to completely change the customer. So the expectations of the client are drastically changing. And now, to boot, another giant context shift, AI is coming into the space. And what AI is doing is completely changing the tools that you have as a property manager. And when it comes to tools, we've already seen a bunch of change. So what happens when the expectations of your industry change from the outside? They change from the inside, and all the tools rapidly change. Someone is going to invent or come up with or evolve the new way of doing property management. They're going to break the frame of the old way of doing it and adapt to this new reality, and that's going to create massive wealth. It could happen nationally, it could happen market by market. But we are on the search for what that's going to look like. And in the meantime, we're going to highlight property managers that are already breaking their own frames, whether it's through policies or whether it's through technology or different things that they're doing. We are highlighting property managers that have figured out how to get extraordinary results while doing something different so that we can unlock this new formula.
