And so when I think about goals, milestones, and metrics, I think of that as, you know, the first thing you think about goals is, um, a great goal for entrepreneurs is I'm gonna achieve financial break even. That's a good goal. You need to know what that looks like. Part of infrastructure, when you put that goal out there, when you start saying, hey, I need to break even, part of that is knowing what your break even number is. That's part of your infrastructure. And if you start thinking about, well, I need to break even and I need to make, let's just say $100 grand for the year to make this work. Well, then you also need to say, well, how many of X thing widgets do I need to sell? Okay, that's part of infrastructure because you got a spreadsheet that shows that, at least I'd have a spreadsheet. A lot of people would do that on a calculator and handwrite that on a yellow pad, but I use spreadsheets. So then you got these goals and then you have milestones. So these goals are big and then the milestones are the pieces in between to get there. So how do you break that, you know, achieve breakeven? Well, what do you need to achieve each quarter to make that happen? So that's what goals and milestones give you. And then of course the metrics are the things that you measure those things by. But these are like the the stakes in the ground that you put out there. And you might pick up a stake and move it, but you have these goals, milestones, and key metrics.
