So, so here are the themes that I'm going to go through today, and I'm gonna— I break my day down into this, and, and I have a little— well, I wouldn't even say index cards, I wrote these up. So the first one is we're going to win the morning. So that's one thing we're going to talk about. So, and I'm teeing these up so you can think about this. So first thing you do is how do you win the morning? And then, uh, the next thing I do with that is I plan the day. How do you plan the day? And then Oh, this is where I'm gonna kill you folks with what I do. But I, well, how do you track the day? Oh yeah, Paul and Amber, you, you know, those go back to consulting days. You know how that works. And then how do you complete the day? Because that's really important. And I'd say I, I haven't talked to a high performer yet that completes the day in a way that I think is A good way to end the day. So we'll talk about that. And then the last one is the— what is that? Cherry. It's the cherry on top. So how do you end the day with a cherry on top? Okay.
