A two-word note scribbled during a 2018 mastermind with Brendan Burchard sparked the Wisdom Council, which grew from a dry run to four international gatherings at places like Machu Picchu and Newgrange. The founder never expected it to become this, crediting community members like Keziah for turning a fleeting idea into a thriving global movement.

The last piece of this is, is the solution. What's the story of the solution? Each piece of these could be a story in and of itself. It could be jammed together as a story. What's the story of the solution itself when it came to fruition? So I'll tell you a little bit about how Wisdom Council moved from an idea to a reality. So I was literally in a mastermind in Cabo and with Brendan Burchard. And we're in this little— we're on the beach. I just want to create the, the sensory thing. You're on a beach in this little like tiki hut kind of thing, and there's like 40 of us, you know, in this thing. And you know, you can hear the ocean on the side, the ocean spray and everything like that. And he was so fond of doing this kind of stuff. He's like, okay, I want you as entrepreneurs write down, this is in January of, of 2018. He said, I want you to write down a $100,000 idea that you're gonna implement this year. Go, you have 3 minutes. And I was like, and I literally, because of like the, like the jar of that, you know, to my brain, I wrote down 2 words. I just wrote down 2 words in my journal. Machu Picchu. And in a sense, I was surprised, not horrified, but I was like, you know, my breath got taken away from what I wrote down on my own journal. I was like, oh, I've never been to Machu Picchu. I have a lung thing. Can I make it? I, I think it's at altitude. I'm not sure. Oh my gosh. But that's what I wrote down. And that became the, the, the impetus from moving from idea to reality. And you all know what this is like too for you guys, right? You have this idea, you probably had this idea brewing for a month, a year, or 3 years before you were like, it's time to make the move. And then all of a sudden there's something that happens, you know, being an engineer, it's like there's this thing that, that you know, puts a dot in there and then everything crystallizes around that, right? Then things start moving faster than you like, probably, you know, but it's like, oh, oh, this, oh, this is going, oh, oh, oh, I, oh, I gotta go. This is happening. So what's that story of the idea turning reality? This is the solution formation part of the story. In March 2018, we did a dry run to Machu Picchu, and then in September we went. In 9 months, I did this, this Wisdom Council thing in, in 9 months in a foreign country I'd never been to before. It was just crazy that that happened. But all of us on this call, you know how that goes. That was like every project we've been on. So, so magic stuff happens. So, um, what is the story of idea to reality? Take 20 seconds, 30 seconds. I'll give you 30 seconds. What's the story of the solution? So, so the, the story of the solution itself, you know, it's like, oh, it's not just like it happened and now I'm doing this thing. It's like, oh, something happened and it crystallized, and then this thing grew very probably faster than you were used to or wanted it to happen. It's like, oh, oh, this is gonna happen. For me, it was like, I I committed to going to Machu Picchu, then I had to go. And it's just like, oh, oh, this is a whole, this, this is, this is getting, I'm over my skis on this thing. I'm, I feel like I'm gonna tumble over my skis. That's probably how your solution looks like. It's not the solution story itself of a part of your origin story isn't just like, and then it happened and it's wildly successful. It's like, it's amazing to me. It's like, that's not, that's not a solution story. Right? So that was the third part. So I'll share with you my Wisdom Council journey continued after that. So we've done 4 Wisdom Councils so far. And COVID was a hit to that. It's like, do I want to continue? Is that the end of it? Do I want to— so it was— I had to pick the ball up and run with it again. And it worked. It was great. We kept going. So we're doing 2 this year. Next week, I'll be in Scotland for our Scottish Highlands Wisdom Council, which I'm so excited about. And then in September, we're going to go to Newgrange, Ireland. And then I got these two people that are part of my community that are trying to get me to commit to Belfast in June next year. And, and then things start happening beyond your dreams, beyond your ambitions. And I'll go back to this past weekend was just magical to see all 4 Wisdom Councils from 2018 to, to current represented for getting together. Yes, it was a surprise birthday party, but also it was a Wisdom Council reunion. And that— I didn't even imagine that happening, and there it was. So these things happen beyond your dreams. Okay.
