I like what you said about this piece of thought leadership, Chuck. Is, you know, have a bold point of view. This should come out of your 10-year vision. You know, of that vision story that you do. When you interview with a vision story that looks like that, you look different than anybody else. And it's kind of like saying, I'm trying to find a company that does this. So that I can live into this vision. That changes the dynamic of an interview. I'm not trying to get a job. I'm way beyond trying to get a job. For me, I've got too little hair, too little gray hair to get a new job. What I'm trying to do is figure out how to align my vision and will this company help me do that. Oh man, that's a powerful way. And if you have something like Paul's, it's like mindset, behaviors, and measurable outcomes. If a company said, we're not interested in any one of those, you should just walk away. Because it's like, that doesn't make any sense. You don't need me. Yeah, you don't need me. You need somebody who's going to fill out the charts, and I'm not going to do that. I might do that as part of the work. But see what I'm saying? As part of that, it's like, if you have something that's compelling that says, this is what I'm going to do, that's so good.
