Creating Significant Impact in 2023 - Let’s Create Your Vision!

So this is significant impact monthly. So the second part of this is impact, and you all know me as a bit of a science geek as well. Impact literally is energy transferred from one object to another. That's what impact is. And so, so when you talk about significant impact, it's how did you transfer energy to another object being another group, another group of people, a project. But so I'll take another 30 seconds. Where did you have significant impact in the past year? And it could be on people, it could be your children, it could be grandchildren. You know, where did you have that? It could be in your neighborhoods. Don't just think about business. It could be anywhere that you had significant impact. Okay, wrap that up. If I know Kimberly, she just started writing down all these non-connected words, and so it's just like this cloud of beautiful flowery language. Okay, so here we go. So wring out your hands. It's like we're going to be writing fast today or typing fast. I think Keziah is like literally doing her computer stuff because she keeps looking at the computer and I'm like, oh, she's like writing. This is so good. All right, so this is annual planning part 1. The first thing to write down is— and what I suggest is take the notes for this. You don't have to complete this all right now, but write notes for yourself so you can come back to this and finish this out. It might take an hour of time after this. That's my challenge for you at the end of this, is to take an hour after this call and kind of flesh out some of this. So you don't have to get it complete now, but I'm going to give you maybe 90 seconds to write down your vision. Oh, that's a challenge. Or if you already thought about it, it's easy. But what's your vision? What's the vision? This is the big vision that you have. What's your vision? Not for the year necessarily, but what's your vision? Gonna give you two things as you write these things down. My favorite quote related to vision is, and I'm not gonna get the quote exactly right, but Cheshire Cat and Alice in Wonderland. He said to her, if you don't know where you're going, it doesn't really matter where you go. So part of having the vision is like, You got to have that big view of how you line up what you're doing so that it meets that big vision. And then, you know, with remaining of this time, you have about 30 seconds. What would be a defining sentence if you had to describe your vision in one sentence? You know, include that in here and maybe circle that if you have that, or if you don't have that, it's like, ooh, that would be great to have. It's like, how would I say my vision in one sentence?
