My client was Johnson Johnson consumer packaged goods, and they make baby shampoo, stuff like that, dental floss. And I had a team about this size, and we were walking down the hall. So we're walking past, most of them have a product case of their products, and I stopped at the case and I said, "Oh, which of those products are the most profitable products for J&J?" No one could answer the question. I was like, "Hmm, know the company, write that down." Know the company, know their products, Know which of their products are most profitable, or services. Read their annual report to know what their strategic initiatives are. And do that before you roll onto the project on day one.
