In my career, I was, I had a reputation of being super ethical. Now that sounds like, oh, everybody wants that. Not everybody wants that reputation. I mean, where I'm like, we're not doing that. And they're like, so, so let me, an example of that in, in, in consulting world, it's not so big these days, but it's ghosting hours. Ghosting hours is working more than what you report. And I, up through, I'd be like, no, I, I don't do that. So that got a reputation that also got me not staffed as a manager on some projects because they knew that, oh, Mosher's gonna go over budget. He did. He's gonna go over budget because he's gonna staff real hours.
