The next topic is— oh, this is good and it's hard— relationships. What are your relationship goals? And I'm going to have you put this into 4 categories. So what are your relationships? Uh, and these are the relationships that you need to build and nurture your life mission, to activate your community, to make this life mission happen. Okay, so I'm going to have you put that in 4 categories and write the 4 categories down. I'll give you time to look at them. The 4 categories are customers. What customers do you need to fulfill your life mission? What collaborators do you need to fulfill your life mission? Team members, collaborators. Also think about the competency gaps that you have in your team or for yourself that you need to go ask somebody to be a part of your team to make that life mission happen. So these are collaborators, team members. Then the third category are connectors. Connectors to me aren't really collaborators. Connectors are like, I need to know this person so I can get into this part of the world, this, this group of people that I don't have as customers. Okay? So that, so they're just connectors. I am, I am a terrible networker. And, and so, I'm a good, I'm good with a warm lead. I'm terrible at, at cocktail parties. So, so I need, I need these, these collab, these connectors because I'm not a natural connector. Makes sense for folks. And the fourth category are coaches. We all need coaches to do the work that we're doing. And it could be personal life coach, it could be a business coach, it could be any kind of coach. But what kind of coach do you need? All right, now I'll give you about 90 seconds to brainstorm what relationships— and it could be, you could list out names of people or a role or a type of person in each of these categories. And go. These are the relationships you need to build and nurture your life mission. And if you have a significant other, please put them under collaborator. All right, got a good list. All right, one of the things that I do is, uh, many of you know that I have a, uh, what I call my RIS. It's, it's a, it's an Excel spreadsheet of 2,200. It's up, it's about, it's probably bigger than that now, 2,200 lists of names of people that are in my world. It's my list, if you will. It's not in Kajabi, it's not in that, but it's my list of people. These are people I've known for a long time. And when I left Accenture, it was 850. And then I was like, oh, I need to add more to it. So it's, it's got built. But Nate and Amber, you were both on my list when I left Accenture on my 850, and now you're on my 2,200 list. What I do on my 2,200 list Every weekly review, I've got them analyzed as to who I need to contact that week. And so those rise to the top. I have them scored so that I rise, they rise to the top. So I literally, this is daunting, so don't try this at home, folks, because it could hurt your brains. But I literally have the people and I have these 4 categories and I rate them. I'm going to rate each person on the list on these 4 categories on a scale of 1 to 5. So if I have a 5 coach and then I have another rating and say, impact on my business, if I have a 5 coach and a low impact on my business, that ends up being, goes to the top of my list. I need to contact this person. High probability customer is a 5. And if they're not, and if there's a low impact on my business, they're a 1, I need to contact that person. So that's all built in my spreadsheets. Does that make sense to folks? I'm not suggesting you do my spreadsheet. I'd love to share that with you sometime if you find that valuable. But, um, but that's huge for me because that helps me manage my network. Now, if I were, uh, if I was in a mass business, that's impossible because I'd have millions on the list, but I'm in an intimacy business. So it makes sense to me to have that. Cool for folks? Okay, so that's relationships. Uh, the next one, and this is easy, it's easy, it's, it's easy to write down, it's hard to do.
