How Taking One Month to Streamline & Simplify My Program Changed Everything #createamovement #leader

So what did I do? And you can so get this. I streamlined the program and streamlined the technology. Right? At that point, I was still doing, like, I had a, a business monthly. I had a personal development monthly. I did some coaching. So I had, like, 2 or 3 hours of these calls every month. And you had to prepare for each one of them. And I had to prepare for each one of them. And they were different times. And two of them were on Saturdays. And so I was giving up weekends. And so there was that part. And then the technology part was just like crazy. And so I said, you know what, I need to rethink this. So I literally took December and said, I need to come out of the shoot differently for the next season. And I repurposed it, redid it, came up to once a month, which is, you know, I've had issues with people showing up to all 3 things and it's like, I really want this versus that. And I'm like, hey, let's just do this. Let's combine it all into one thing and make the technology simple. So that's what I did and that's what happened. Boom. So much less energy, less stress, and I don't get sick anymore. It's awesome. It's just awesome.
