So you have this movement, which is great. Then there's breaking that movement into projects. We talked a little bit about that too with the analytics on the call, as we all are. So, so there's this movement, it's like this big thing, deliver, you know, real change. Okay, get that. What are the projects underneath it, right? So, so think about every week what I do is that every Sunday I go during my weekly review, I sit back and go like, what are the 3 projects that I'm going to focus on this week? And so what are your 3 projects? And, and think of a project as it's got a beginning and end, um, it might have milestones in it and all that kind of stuff. But what are the 3 projects that are the focus? And let me give you an example, um, off of my weekly review of the 3 projects this week. Uh, for me, yesterday was my birthday, so, uh, so I have my birthday campaign. So when I think about birthday and, and, uh, and think about this too for yourselves, uh, it's an interesting thing. And, and Sean, in our world with Brennan and all that kind of stuff, there was like, you need to launch this campaign, do 4 emails every hour or whatever it is. And, you know, it's like, okay, all the stuff that you have to load social media with. What I realized is that on your birthday, the algorithm automatically sends stuff out for you. And so it's an opportunity to— and whether you're in a social media place or an influencer, or you're just a great human being, all these people start flooding in saying, happy birthday, Patrick! Happy birthday, Patrick! I literally look at those people and say one by one, first of all, I have a goal to respond to every one of them. If they wrote something, even if it was an automatic response, I will say, oh, thank you. But I want to sit down as if they sent me a card and say, thank you very much. This is really awesome. Hey Chuck, I remember when we were on that project together, and I tried to give them like a little mini story of gratitude. That takes me a long time. So that's why it's actually a project because it takes me time to do that. But it's also, oh, and by the way, Paul, why don't we get together sometime and meet up at a restaurant in Minneapolis? So there might be an action item attached to some of these folks too. That it's a way to engage. So that's my birthday campaign. And so I have to allocate time for that. So that's on my work plan. The second project I have is my, Delphi Wisdom Council campaign. So we're getting people together for Wisdom Council in September. And then my 3rd one is I'm going to start this program, Significant Impact Monthly, for early career people. So all my Purdue students that were with me, I'm going to help work with them. I'm going to work with them on a monthly program and talk about getting traction in the first 5 years of your career. Be different than us because, you know, we're more like mature, gray hair, no hair. But, uh, but those folks are like, how do I meet people? It's like, okay, well, we'll talk about that. So those are my 3 projects. I, I just wanted to give you examples of my kinds of projects. What are your 3 projects? Take 30 seconds. What are your 3 projects for the week? Or 1 project, it may just be 1.
