All right, so here are the— I'm gonna give you the 16 components. Headline. We're not gonna begin with headline, but you should have a headline at the top of the year. The second thing is vision. What's your vision? Now, my vision has stayed pretty stable since 1995, but, but your vision may change year to year, which is okay. What's your personal brand? And we're gonna go through each of these. What are your 3 core philosophies? The year by numbers, the year by milestones. So numbers aren't the same thing as milestones. 3 major firsts for the year, 3 major learnings. And finally, 3 ways I'm leaning into my mission now, my life mission now. Now, this is really important. So many people think of a mission or a vision as like the vision is out there someplace. No, no, no. You're living into that right now. And it's important to remind yourself, oh, I'm doing it now. Okay? So that's the annual review part. The annual plan part begins with what are your lifestyle objectives? You know that old thing, that old activity where they have a cylinder, a glass cylinder, and they have balls and they try to put the little balls in the big balls. And what order do you put them in? And the thing is, put your lifestyle objectives in your— as your first step in your annual plan. If you get that wrong, and I know we've all gotten that wrong on this call, including me, that, you know, because I'm just coming off a pneumonia. So I got that off for a little while, right? So you got to get you right or else this tool that you have isn't available for people. So you get your lifestyle objectives straight, then what's your life mission? Then 5 significant moves that you're gonna make that year. 5 significant moves. That can also be 5 significant strategies. What are your quarterly objectives? And I think about that as splitting your, your significant moves across your quarter, your quarters. What are the relationships you want to focus on for this year? It could be specific people or roles. Your financial success. What does financial success look like? And see how low that is, number 15 on the list. And so many of us start with that one. It's like, yeah, but you know, all these other things, getting these things in perspective helps you drive what your financial success will look like. And you can do it the opposite way and do reverse engineer it in. Which is good too. And then 16, 3 areas of mastery. 3 areas of mastery. If you want to achieve your life mission, you know, what 3 areas do you need to learn? Okay, so I'm going to go through each of these. I'm going to give you time to do each of these. So
