This is on a 1 to 5 scale, um, how much impact that entity will have, that person will have on my world. And so what I did here with this, and you see client, collaborator, coach, and connector, is that I rated each person on a 1 to 5 scale. Okay? So then I have that, that comes across. And then I have actual impact. Well, your actual impact for you two— so your potential impact is high because you could be clients of mine, and you are, so that's 5. And then the actual impact for both of you would be 5 because you are. Okay, so, so that's good. But, but if the actual impact is 1, so yeah, you're, you're— somebody has a 5, is a 5 client, but there are 1 actual impact. It's like, okay. And then the impact gap is the actual impact minus the potential impact. So what ends up here in impact gap is a -4 to 0 kind of, of thing. The, the, by the way, actual impact cannot be greater than potential impact. So, so then the impact gap there, if I then organize this, you know, I have this, uh, math there, then I can look up at the be— in my month of reviews, I pull this up and I, I, I track this by minus fours. This is, this is the magic of the spreadsheet is when I organize this by minus fours, That means all the people that just popped up on the spreadsheet are the people that have the most potential impact on my business that I'm not tapping. I'll say that again. People that have the largest impact gap, the -4s, they have a 1 actual impact, a 5 potential impact, show up as a -4. These are the people of the most untapped potential for my business.
