First of all, what's your vision? Well, we already spent the first part of this session on what my vision is. What is your vision? What is your vision? What's that vision story look like? And so put that in there. So, you know, it might be what are you doing, what do you feel, how you experience it. One of the things that's so important about, you know, this is is on the vision is that, you know, it really pulls you to that future, and that's so important. That's why we start with that piece on the plan. What's that vision? Okay, number 2, my distinct personal brand. So write down what your distinct personal brand is. I'm going to give you about 60 seconds maybe to write down What is your distinct brand? Write, write, write, write. Go put— write these things down. What is your distinct brand? Okay, now when I think about distinct brand, you know, I think about what makes me unique. When I was at Accenture, People would say, like, I'd ask them what your brand is, and they say, I'm really good with people and I work hard. I say, yeah, you and 400,000 other people. That's not a brand. That's, that's generic. What makes you unique? So when you have those pearls of harmonic moments, when you really feel like you're putting your talent in the world in a good way, what do those moments feel like to you, and what makes you unique? For me, there's things like, I could describe myself as a change management expert or a sales talent expert, but sometimes I like to think of myself as a branding whisperer. I help people brand things. Sometimes I think of myself as a precipitator. There's a cloud of ambiguity and I precipitate things. Those are unique ways to describe myself. What are yours? Write those things down. Oh, great, great. Okay, that's your personal branding. Okay, number 3, your best self, 3 words. So, so write down what your 3 words are. What are the 3 words that describe your best self? That should be pretty quick. Mine are to empower. I feel empowered, I'm curious, and I'm bold. I'm empowered, curious, and bold. Those are my best self 3 words. When I'm those 3 things, man, energy's flowing through me. People feel connected. They go like, yes, this is what I need right now, in that authentic exchange that we have when I'm those 3 things. So what's your best self? And if you're bold enough, put those in the chat. That'd be awesome. Your best self, 3 words.
