How to Stop Cutting Corners on the Customer Experience (HINT: Track This!) #customerservice #purpose

So the second thing is to deliver that customer experience. So I hypothesize deliver. Rarely is the delivery of that customer experience the one that marketing outlined. And we know doing this for ourselves, you put it out there, you start cutting corners because you don't have the time, you can't do it perfectly. So you start cutting corners on the thing. So delivering the customer experience becomes less than. What the hypothesis is. And so where did you cut the corners? Keep track of those things as you're doing this. That didn't go exactly how I thought it would. I didn't get as much time in that interview. I thought I'd have 60 minutes. I got 30 minutes. Okay. And it didn't go well. Okay. Now I have to create a 30-minute interview. Let me, let me go create that new offer, new thing to put out there, new way to talk about it. Is this making sense? Is this helpful for folks? So, so you gotta keep track of that and then analyzing the customer experience. Folks, people don't tend to analyze it. They just get frustrated that the marketing didn't work. You know, analyze the results. I'm a geek. I keep spreadsheets for everything. That's everybody on this call kind of geeky that way. So, so, but, but, you know, analyze the results. Keep track of stuff. And then the last part of this is repeat. That continuous improvement. Okay, when you get the results back from a customer hypothesis, you validate or invalidate the hypothesis, and then you either tweak or overhaul. Either tweak or overhaul.
