She said, "Well, what do you expect when you ask the Oracle a question?" And one of the members, who definitely has a sense of humor, Ethan goes like, "An answer?" And I was like, "Oh!" And she said, "Well, that's interesting." Because if you ask a question, you may get an answer, but more importantly, what the Oracle gives you is guidance. That's an interesting difference. Very interesting difference because I took that away from the first time we met in 2022 and it's radically changed one aspect of my leadership because when somebody asks me a question, am I there to give an answer or am I there to give guidance? Those are two different responses. Does that make sense for folks? And I was like, wow, that's really good. And so I think that's to discern when you should give an answer because sometimes the efficiency is important. Get it done, get it done now, make it work. Is really important. There's other times that providing guidance so that the person can discover their own path on this may be a lot more valuable. But wow, that guidance part, that's so important to lean into. So that's a huge story of mine coming back, and hopefully something that you can take away from today's call going like, wow, when can I discern? How can I discern giving guidance instead of answers?
