How many of you guys have left something while you've been at Purdue? Like a student organization or something like that, right? And it's not like it happened overnight, right? It took time. Right? So that's that setup time. So there's this time where it's all in your head, you complain to other people and everything like that, right? That the first trigger is, I don't need to be here for this. Right? But then the next trigger is where you make a behavioral commitment. To be out of it. Now, it may not happen at that point, but you make a commitment. You tell somebody at cheer, it's like, I'm going to commit at the end of the semester. I'm not going to join next year. I'll fulfill the commitment through the end of the semester, but I'm not going to be in it next year. And you tell them that. So again, it's not like it happened that day that you ended cheer. But now you've told somebody and now people are saying, they're moving along saying like, oh, we need to have a replacement for Chris. Stuff starts happening that says you're out. Does that make sense? If you wanted to change majors, you can think about it, but then you submit a CODO. Okay, you don't know that you got in the thing you wanted, but you've made a behavioral commitment that you're changing something now. And so, there's a system that gets away from you that starts making decisions for you. That make sense? So, that's the next phase, okay? In that sense, you start showing up. You have to start showing up in the thing. You still have to go to cheer and show up even though people know that you're leaving and everything like that. And that's hard, but yet you do it, right? And then there's a trigger that says, "I'm now out." Now out, then you're in follow-up phase. Now that you're out of cheer, what's the follow-up to cheer, right? I'm out, it's done. It's like, oh, what was the learnings from it? What would I— what did I— what did I— How did I get into it? Why did I get into it? Maybe I don't want to do that again. What are the learnings from that? That would be the follow-up to that event. Does that make sense? That's bigger than a project or a presentation, but that's still using susufu for something bigger than that.
