My Monthly Program: How I Started Brendon Burchard's Expert's Academy #inspiredleadership #purpose

So it's actually kind of a funny story, a Brendon story actually. So back in the day when he was doing the live experiences before COVID I went to Expert Academy and in Expert Academy he would say, hey, there's different ways to make money and probably one of the most important things to do is to, to have a monthly program and, you know, because it generates monthly recurring revenue and things like that. And so after I did it the third time, I was like, you know, I, I should just do this and get it started because, because in October when I go back to Expert Academy, I wanna be able to stand up. I'm a little bit competitive that way. But also, so October 1st came and I was like, I don't, I don't have a monthly program. So I literally, like, over the course of the next couple of days, I said, I just need to launch the thing so I can stand up. At one of Brendan's EA academies. And so I, I pulled it together. It's basically, for me in the beginning, it was a Zoom call, calling up a couple of friendly people. And I think Linda Fitzgerald's out there someplace. So Linda, thank you for joining my very first. Call on your fellow CHPCers to help you with these things. So I launched that first one in October. And then he said, who's got a monthly program? And I proudly stood up. Okay, that was great. But now the hard work started because it's like, oh no, I, I, I gotta go get people. I've gotta sustain this thing. I got this community that I've started. So, but that was my initial start just because I wanted to stand up at one of Brendan's meetings. So that's how I got started. I'm gonna get up and I'm gonna deliver my monthly program to myself. And so I put on the camera, I came down here, I did my thing. And, you know, what I can say is since October of 2018, I've never missed a month. So part of that is, is the importance of, you know, continuity and, and keep going regardless of what the circumstances look like. But always it's like, stay with it and, and stay consistent with your program and don't gap it. Just, just stay with it and, and grunt through those, those low pieces. And you'll eventually land on the thing that really makes a difference for you and for your community.
