So here's the way I've thought about that is the best story is stories, actually. The best way to measure IOI is stories. One would say testimonials, but testimonials can be too shrink-wrapped around the thing itself. So let me give you an example. I didn't plan on talking about IOI, but let me give you an example of an IOI from Wisdom Council. Um, so, uh, when we went to Delphi last time, one person there said, I want to do— literally said, I want to do a retreat in Italy. It's like, okay, he's from Scotland. I'm like, what makes you say Italy? So, so, yeah, right? And I was like, I don't know, I just— I don't know. He had no contact with that and nothing. He just said, but being specific, right? So, but that came out of Wisdom Council. I said, write that down. This is the thing that you want to do or create. So then 3 months later, he's sitting in some sort of meeting in the UK, in London, and he's talking about this thing. And there's an entrepreneur that's like, I have a villa in Italy. Do you want to use it? Yeah. Like, um, I think he got it like for free because the guy said, I'll give it to you, you know, because I believe in your mission. It's like, great. Then he took 20 underprivileged kids, high schoolers, out of London and took them to Italy for a week-long thing. And the topic of the retreat was love. Wow. These kids came from like, they've never been talked to with about love because they've, you know, hard. It's, you know, it's, you know, parents aren't at home, you know, underprivileged and all that kind of stuff. So he had that week before he had that, and this was within, that was like March of that same year, I think the next year. And I said, before, you know, what I'd really love for you to do is take a video of your event, and I want you to do testimonials of, of, of the kids that were there. And then my challenge for you is, 5 years later, find who you can and have them do interviews again. Amazing, that is. And he said, that's great. It's like— and he's like, that's awesome. I was like, no, no, no, this is for me. It's like, what do you mean? It's like This is my ROI for Wisdom Council. Yeah, your customer's customer. Okay, that, that's, that's how I look at it. So these are— and those testimonials, I want to take those testimonials of, you know, predominantly Black kids, and they're gonna, you know, put it out there, go like, this is the customer's customer. This is like, these are kids that having impact from that 100,000 people. When they rate, when they raise their kids and how they change their lives, how we changed their lives in that week. Awesome. That's IOI to me.
