In my opinion, there's two reasons why clients hire consultants. Because they have a competency gap in either scale or skill. They're buying competency because they're buying either scale or skill. Does that make sense to folks? Okay, let me talk about that a little bit. They may have the competency to do something within their company, but they don't have a busload of people to throw at the thing, and we can do that at large consulting companies. So that's, that's the scale part. But sometimes it's the skill part. Sometimes they don't have the skill to do the project, and so they hire skilled people. I was out of our strategy practice, and so I was, I was brought in quite often on skill issues.
