For 28.5 years, I tracked my time as a consultant because every hour mattered, whether you charge it or not. I looked at my time over this past year. I'm not going to go through all these, but I spent 442 hours on one-on-one calls with people this year. That's 442 hours of one-on-one calls. When I looked at that, I was like, "So good." That means that's my significant impact. That means I'm talking to people, they're impacting me, there's this authentic exchange. Wow, 442 hours. That's not including team and other things, that's just like people that know and love me from my past, people I'm trying to engage in the future. Hmm. I spent 263 hours on development time, my personal development, my business development. There you go. So there's so many ways to track your year by the numbers. What are some of those numbers for you? I know I'm a geek, so I track a lot of analytics, but you don't have to be all that. But where have you gone? What have you done? So I like to track the year by the numbers, and then of course part of the numbers should be how much revenue did you make, or what did your savings build up to? What does that 401k look like? I don't know what your numbers are financially too, but What are your financial numbers for the year too? That's by the numbers. So what is this year by the numbers for you? And again, you may not know those right now, and don't go looking for those now, but what are the categories for this? Financial for you, travel for you, connections with people, whatever those are for you. What are those by the numbers? And then the last one for me, oh, this is so, I keep a scorecard every day and I have a spreadsheet that I keep all those things on. I'm so geeky. And so I know every day I rate myself on 10 factors. And so for this past year, I rated an 8.1 on average every day for courage. So, you know, I've got that 1.9 gap to look at and say like, I could be more courageous in this year? What would— if I could move that from 8.1 to 8.2 or 8.3, or I don't know, even be bold and say, what's my goal for— what would it look like for 2021 to move courage to a 9? What courageous acts would that mean? That's the, that's the cool part of measuring things. It's like, wow, I could be more courageous. So I keep a scorecard. Oh, here's another one, last one on my list. Since March, for the reasons of this year, I've walked into 3 stores. Nope, that's it, 3 stores. I've only walked into 3 stores. One was the dentist. I did some— I did went to the dentist. I got a flu shot early in the year. I can't remember what the third one is, but anyway, so 3 stores I've walked in since March. I'm so proud of that one. So All right, so that's this year, by the
