2005 was instead of doing a New Year's resolution— I think, Charles, you do this too— is I developed 3 words for the year. And then I take those 3 words and I make them visible someplace. So I'm going to start— before we do our council round, I just want you to just brainstorm for like a minute and a half or something, what could 3 words of the year be? And I'll just give you a guide, guardrail or guideline here. Last year my 3 words were presence, positivity, and purpose. Now they don't have to alliterate like that either, but think about like in September when you're looking at these words, go like, oh yeah, presence. Yeah, I haven't been present for a while. Or purpose. Wow, I'm really off purpose. So these are kind of like not resolutions, but kind of guardrails to help you with that.
