A month-long journaling practice to clarify your mindset, triggers, and first actionable step. Rate your clarity on each from 1 to 10, then return in October to move forward.

So what I'd like you to do is think about and journal over the next month. What's the first step? What's your first step of doing this? Do you need to articulate one of these things more? Do you need to work on something more? You know, what is— what do you need to do to get clarity on these things? Well, I'll just ask that question now. So from a clarity perspective, on a 1 to 5 scale, No, 1 to 10 scale. Let's make it that way. 10 being really clear, 1 being muddy mess. Um, where are you at with mindsets? 1 to 10. It's good. Triggers. And then the articulation of your first step, clarity on that. Uh, next time we'll be, it'll be the second week of October, whatever date that is. So we'll go to the next step of this, uh, framework. Until then, have a great month.
