Unlock Your Movement's Potential: The Power of Clients and Raving Fans #leadership #createamovement

All right, the last C, not surprising. The last C is clients. Be really great to have clients to have your movement actually be successful in your movement. Amber almost choked on her water when she's— when I said that, you know, yes, you need people who are your clients that, you know, oh, and you know what's really good about clients is when they pay you. Right? Because, because money makes the movement move. So, you know, you need clients, but I'm not just talking about clients. And so, um, I'm talking about raving fans. That's what I'm really talking about. And so I did mention this too, is a lot of times people say, and I think Sean, you and I had this conversation a while ago, um, about your podcast. It's like, just launch it. It's like, I don't know how to, you know, how to, you know, put it out there. It's like, just enlist some friendlies. I call them friendlies. Just start with a couple of people that you know that'll just show up, you know, and, and, you know, 5 people will show up, or 1 person shows up. If I think about this, you know, this monthly program— I've been running this monthly program since October of 2018, and I think it was November of 2018 when no one showed up. And I was just like, and I was upstairs, you know, and it was, nobody showed up. Got 2 o'clock in the afternoon. I was like, you know what? Darn it. I'm just gonna do it with no one there. And so I just turned on the camera and I just did my, my monthly program with no one there as if somebody was there. For one thing, I didn't wanna lose the continuity. I started this October. I've done it every month. Even if no one shows up, right? But, but you want those friendlies maybe in the beginning, and then you build that out to where you want it to be with, with whoever joins. And then you have to market that. But who are those first clients? So write that down. Who are the clients that you can enlist first to launch your movement? List 5. I want 5 names. Put 5 names down there. Yep. Okay. Now, um, I want you to circle the ones that'll actually pay you to do it. Maybe all 5, maybe just one. I'd encourage you to charge them all, like, even if it's $10, just like, get it, get, get them in the game. Get used to, like, and what I did early on, I was like, hey, I'm gonna charge you like $10 for this. Um, I'm trying to figure out my payment process, and you know what, you can unsubscribe later on, but please just join so I know that, you know, it works through the systems that I have. They're like, oh, it's fine. Well, they stick because they— because you give unbelievable value when you do your thing. Okay, cool with this? All right, those are, those are your ambassadors. You need collaborators, coaches, connectors, and clients. The 4 C's.
