And my goal every year, and I'm trying to figure out how to measure this, this is why I'm looking at this, is the goal of Wisdom for Humanity is to impact a million people every, every year. Should I change that to a billion? Maybe I should change that to a billion. Let me, no, I mean a million people every year. I want to be able to measure that, that impact. Okay, so how do you measure that? That's your anchor for today. So today we're going to talk about ROCKER. You guys asked about this last time, so I have, I pulled this out of my, my business plan. So I have, I have a one sheet of paper. I know you can't read this, but on this one sheet of paper I've got the Wisdom for Humanity, W4H is Wisdom for Humanity, is the Wisdom for Humanity core. And the core of that, and you can write these down if you want. We're not going to focus on all these today. But I have what are the core values of the business? I have the core focus, which is evolve humanity to build a better world for future generations. I've got my core process, which is the Rocker, which is that pretty little rocker right there. Whoop, whoop, whoop over here. We'll talk about that today. And then core differentiators, what makes my business different than others? And Nate, we've been talking about that as a part of, you know, oh, we gotta make something different. Differentiate ourselves in the marketplace. Everybody's gotta differentiate yourself. What makes you unique? Okay, so that's what I've got. But I wanted you to, to write down R.O.C.K.E.R. because we're gonna deep dive on R.O.C.K.E.R. today. R-O-C-K-E-R. And let me just tell you what those are right now. R.O.C.K.E.R., what I, what I think about those, they are the needle movers for any business or organization. When you're building it. So you're all building something. I heard that and everything you were guys talking about. So the first R is relationships, and we're going to deep dive on each one of these. But what are the relationships you need to make this go? The second one is the letter is O. Do you have a core offer? Is it Is it differentiated? Is distinct? The third one is letter C, which is campaigns. That's sales and marketing. What I don't see a lot in when I've seen other people give something, a similar model to this, is the I, is infrastructure. I don't know, infrastructure is little things like, do you have the talent on the team? Do you have the hardware, the software to deliver the thing? Do you have the tools that people need? I don't hear people talk about that very much when they talk about what's necessary to run a business. I'm like, I think that's kind of core to the business. And then the last one, R, is rhythm. Now, in some ways, these aren't all of like kind because rhythm kind of cuts across those in some ways too. But I, but also thinking very distinctly about rhythm for your business as well.
