But now we're going to talk about completing the day. How do you complete the day? And we're going to go back to Paul. What you just brought up too is it's about mindset. It's a lot about mindset. So completing the day, I end by asking these 10 questions on the back of my planner. Sounds like I'm trying to sell my planner. I haven't packaged this into a thing yet, so I'm not trying to sell you my planner. Maybe I should do that sometime. But on the back is, I ask myself 10 questions on a 1 to 10 scale of these 10 questions. You want the 10 questions? Would that be helpful for you? Okay, here's the 10 questions I ask myself, and I rate myself on this. I worked on things that mattered most today. I worked on things that mattered most. You can write down the words mattered most. You know, 1 to 10. Yeah, I got this. You know, I did this thing. I didn't do the things that mattered most. Then I knock myself. The second question, I progressed a major dream or goal today. This one helps me get away from, and Paul, you're kind of alluding to this, is like, I did a lot of activity today, but I didn't really move the major dream today. And that's, that could be a form of distraction. You know, you fill yourself with activity but not really the stuff that matters. So yeah, that's the major dream or goal today. Number 3, going with this too, I avoided distractions today. No, um, I think I read 14 minutes of social media a day amounts to 2 weeks of work at the end of the year. Yep. It's like, yikes. Okay, I do that. I have to go like, yikes. I can knock that out and get 2 full weeks of work. Absolutely. Okay. So that's amazing. I set intentions before each major activity today. Intentions. So I'm intentional about each thing, each major thing today. Like I sit down and go like, this is what I need to produce in this next hour. Boom. That's so much helps than just sitting down and going like, okay, what am I doing? Number 5: I fully engaged and enjoyed my efforts today. There's days where, like, I did a lot, didn't enjoy it much, wasn't very engaged, I went through the motions. Then I nick myself for those. Okay, number 6: I took steps today that required courage. I took steps today that required courage. I believe we should have courageous days. We are courageous people. Number 7, I significantly served my family, friends, colleagues, customers, and/or strangers today. So served is this one. Did I serve today? 10-point scale. Is this helping, folks? Is this good? Okay. Yeah, I love it. Number 8, I showed up as my best self today. Sean knows that one. It's like, oh, no. And I literally have my 3 words. I have my 3 philosophies, lived 100% empowered, learn deeply, shine boldly. Did I do those 3 things? Those are my 3 core philosophies for my life. And so again, Paul, it goes right down to perspective. It's like, did I do those things? Those are my best self. So did I do that today? Number 9, I loved with my whole vulnerable heart today. Oh, I saw you smile, Amber. That's an executive hippie life thing, isn't it? Did I love with my whole vulnerable heart today? Did I go in it? Come on, folks, you got to do that too, right? And then number 10, I lived into my vision today. Vision isn't something you have for the future. People get that wrong, my opinion. Vision is you have a vision and you're doing it, and you might move closer to it as you go, but there's a vision. Is like, I just see this world. Um, the thing that I look at, one of the quotes I have over my desk is, what if you died and went to heaven? And didn't notice a difference. That's my vision. Now, do I have to die to get there? Nope. I can experience love every day and have a little, little glimpse of heaven every day if I just lean into it. That's my vision every day. Cool. Very cool. All right, so those are— those are complete the day with the 10 questions I ask. And then, um, I'll put the cherry on top in a second. Any other things? Any things that you guys do for completing the day? Habits to add?
