Like, what is significant and impact? So impact is about a force. And it's about the force exerted on an object. So when you think about impact, it's the kinetic energy exchange between 2 objects. And so in some ways, when you think about your impact in the world, what kind of energy do you bring? What kind of enthusiasm do you bring? What kind of impact are you having has to do with the energy that you exchange in the world. And then significance is a statistical definition, and it's deviating from normal or expectations. So in that regard, I'm looking at significant impact is we're a bunch of deviants having amazing impact in the world, which is really cool. That's, that's what we're here to do. That's the community we built. And so I just wanted to go over that. So What I'm walking through these days too is this movement. We all have our movements, and I think that's really important to think about. Our movement is bigger than a job and bigger than even a business. It's more of like, what are you trying to accomplish on the world from cradle to grave?
