The Wisdom Councils initiative became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a separate president so it could outlive its founder. Four trained facilitators now run sessions independently, including Charles Noonan in the Scottish Highlands, while the founder participates as a member rather than leading.

So when I leave this planet, Wisdom Councils will continue beyond me. We had the other thing about Wisdom Council 2 is sustainability. I think is there's a longer backstory behind this, but part of this is I want this to last longer than me on this planet. So we created a 501(c)(3). We have a president of the 501(c)(3). I'm not that person. And then also what we did in Istanbul was the first time we co-facilitated one of these, and the co-facilitator then was training to be a Wisdom Council facilitator. So then I was actually handing this off to another person. And so then when we went to Scottish Highlands, I was not a facilitator. I went there as a member of my own creation. And then the other guy was facilitating it. Charles, uh, Charles Noonan was, was the facilitator. So then I got to experience my own product as a member, and then he, and then he co-facilitated there. So now we're up to 4 facilitators. So when I leave this planet, um, Wisdom Councils will continue beyond me. So, so part of that is again thinking about sustainability and what your succession plan is. I think that's really important.
