In this short sermon, Paul Woodley emphasizes the transformative impact of repeatedly reading and studying the Bible, describing how this deep engagement reveals the wonder of God’s purpose for humanity. He acknowledges that his current life may not be perfect, yet he expresses confident hope in the future—first, the assurance of going to Paradise upon death, and ultimately, the promise of resurrection. Woodley links this hope to the core Christian doctrine that sins are forgiven when one confesses Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and truly believes that God raised Him from the dead. The message blends personal testimony with theological affirmation, encouraging listeners to trust in the future blessings promised by faith.

Well, for me, because my sins are forgiven, because I confess Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, and I believed in my heart that God raised him from the dead, right?
