In this brief YouTube short, Paul Woodley delivers a concise Christian exhortation emphasizing that salvation is a gift of grace received through faith, not earned by personal works. He warns against the common impulse to ‘clean up’ one’s life before approaching God, declaring that such preparation is unnecessary. Woodley urges listeners to come to God exactly as they are, reassuring them that God already knows their sins and is ready to receive them. The message serves as an encouragement to accept God’s grace without precondition.

The point here is that you got to get to a point where you understand that you are a sinner saved by grace through faith, not by works. And that's a whole nother chapter, a whole nother lesson. But if you're a person that's trying to clean up your act before you come to God, first off, let me be the one to tell you, you don't have to. Let me be the one to tell you that come as you are. God already knows what you did.
