Season 4 + Name Change: COMING SOON

Hey everybody, Peter here. Wanted to give you a couple more updates on the podcast. I've got some exciting news. So the big news is that season 4 is coming soon. I've already started recording episodes. I'm almost halfway through, uh, recording the season. And just like season 3, we've got a new guest each week. All new guests for season 3. Couldn't be more excited to share these interviews and conversations with all of you. We have some just absolutely outstanding guests this season, folks who aren't necessarily getting around the podcast circuit. So we've got a lot of fresh voices and new insights. The other news is that I did decide on a name change for the podcast. So the new name is going to be Peter Lohmann's Podcast. I'm changing the name from Owner Occupied to better align the branding with my newsletter. So my newsletter is called Peter Lohmann's Newsletter., and I just wanted to align the branding of the podcast to match that. So you're gonna see a new name in your podcast player along with some new, uh, show artwork. You may have seen like the yellow, uh, logo with my, I think it's got my face on it. The new logo is gonna be again more like my newsletter. So it's a blue color with kind of like a Blueprints-like style to it. So I wanted to let you all know that that change will be coming. So the show is going to appear probably in a different place in your podcast player, and it's going to look a little different. Wanted to give you a heads up there. I'll probably release, um, release this audio track with the update shortly, and then I'll give it a week or two and I'll make that change to the actual show. And I don't know how long that'll take to actually update and reflect in your podcast player, but I wanted to give plenty of runway before season 4 just to let you know about that. So for Season 4, as mentioned, recordings have already started. Uh, most of you know I take June off every year, so I am gearing up for my June month off. So I'll kind of be disappearing from the industry for a month. You'll see that, um, I'll have a couple newsletters queued up, but I'm also taking a few weeks where there won't be a newsletter. Um, so I'll miss all of you in the industry. I love all you guys and I love keeping up with everything that's going on. It's going to be hard for me not to check in with everyone, but we're going to come back July 1st, or maybe it's not July 1st, whatever, whatever that first Monday is or whatever that first weekday of July is. And the podcast will kick into high gear and start releasing weekly. I believe we're targeting the second week of July for the season premiere, and we have approximately 20 episodes queued up. So that'll take us all the way through, I don't know, October or something like that. Again, couldn't be more excited to share this with all of you. Wanted to just let you know that the wheels are in motion. My producer has already started editing these episodes and pulling them together. I'm finalizing and lining up all the sponsors right now.
