There's two superpowers every business owner needs, and they both have to do with influencing other people to do things for you. So number one is the ability to influence people to buy from you, understanding their problems and then eliminating all doubt that you're the right person to solve the problem for them. And number two is maybe even harder because you have to influence your team to work just as hard as you do to provide that solution for your customers. You got to find the right people first, and then you got to align them on your mission so that it's more than just a paycheck and they're actually connected to that higher purpose of serving your customers. Most people have very little skills in either of those areas. There's a couple here and there that probably are good at one or the other, but there's an elite few who can do both, and those are the true rock stars. I'm out here talking business every single day. Give me a follow if you like what you hear.
