Like, if you're that like, number cruncher, spreadsheet monkey, the nerdy person with the pens in their pocket, you know who you are, you're replaceable. I'm already using ChatGPT to do better work than you could ever do. And it doesn't need a lunch break, it doesn't need health benefits, it doesn't need all this other stuff. But if you're one of those advanced accounting firm owners who can provide more than just kind of crunching the numbers, doing the books, you can actually provide co context for these numbers, kind of use them to tell a story about where the business is headed. Those are super valuable. And that's something that, at least at the moment, CHAT GPT can't really do that well. And so high level talent like that is going to become more in demand, not less.
