Here's how I'd build a personal brand for a client in the real estate space. First, we need to define our target. What type of audience are we trying to reach? Next, we want to outline three to five main problems that this audience faces. Maybe they're trying to find the right home. Maybe they don't understand mortgages. Or maybe they need investing advice. Next, I would create daily videos biting off small chunks of these problems that your audience faces. This could be defining terms or explaining processes. Anything that gets them closer to solving their problem. Then I would mix in a little personal content. This could be sharing your thoughts on topics outside of your niche or a day in the life. Really, anything that just shows off your personality a little bit. Finally, I would stay consistent at this for at least a year without asking for anything. Don't ask them to call you or visit your website. Don't ask them to attend your free webinar. Just give value and expect nothing in return. If you do this, you'll build a really strong personal brand in the real estate space. And as a result, you're going to have more leads coming in than you know what to do with. And you're barely even going to have to sell to these leads because they already trust you.
