One of the things I've done that's allowed me to charge a premium for my services is to create a sense of exclusivity around my brand. We don't work with everyone, and so the perception is that anyone we do work with must be a pretty cool person. They must have a certain status or a certain level of achievement to be able to work with us. Now, there's a couple ways I create this perception. Number one is I only take a few consulting clients every single month. We're limited on the amount of clients we can serve, and so we limit the amount of clients we take in in order to create the best results for the people we do take on. In my agency, we a limited number of spots total. And so if we're full right now, then you're going to have to wait until a client leaves or we're able to open up more spots before you're able to work with us. This creates a sense of urgency, too, because when spots are open, well, you better get in before somebody else does.
