How do I get better clients in my business? It really depends. I've taken an approach of trying to educate prospective clients before they sort of come through my business and funnel so they can kind of understand a little bit more of what's going on. I think that's the hardest thing is to teach somebody a specific especially when it comes to real estate tax, something that's very complicated. They need to have a base layer of understanding and I think the way to properly vet prospective clients is to just give them that base layer of understanding for free and not charge them in hopes that now you can have more questions that are more detailed. As far as just some good general tips, I like to control my time so I do everything through calendar schedule meetings. I don't really take one off phone calls et cetera but up front laying that idea and that foundation out of what you can expect to work, how you can expect the clients to be in your business.
