Now, the third mindset shift that I believe you need to make as a tax or accounting firm owner is leveraging your offers. Once you hit scale. In other words, you're only spending time on genius zone level activities. Once you're above 15 or $20,000 a month, you're going to be maxed out in what you can handle. And so now it's time to employ leverage so you can create some actual scale. Number one, this is the most obvious one. Outsourcing. You need to get all the unnecessary work off of your plate. So administrative. This is something not a lot of people do, but I would hire an overseas VA for your administrative tasks. Number two, you need to cut the fe that. Okay, there's probably things you're offering to your clients that they don't necessarily need. If you're working with the right clients, they're going to get more value from you the fewer touch points you have. And number three, this is the most advanced suggestion here, but you need to decrease the time input per dollar in your offer.
