This concept changed my outlook on life and it could do the same for you too. The so called normal view on negative experiences in life is that they're not supposed to be a part of our lives, but there's nothing you can do about it ultimately and so you're just gonna do nothing about it. But what if negative experiences are supposed to be a part of life? What if they make us stronger and they teach us how to grow? If you make this your point of view, two things are gonna happen. Number one, you're gonna be more okay in the moment when you're going through something hard. And number two, you'll learn and grow from this experience for the future, making it less likely that you're going to have this negative experience going forward. If you weather the storm and learn from it for the future, you'll be more resilient, more effective at what you do and you might even inspire someone else to make this shift for themselves.
