Come join us at our meetup, inquire to hire my property management company. You could watch his content and you'd have no idea whether he was trying to talk to investors, whether he was talking to private money lenders, whether he was talking to realtors, or maybe he's talking to newbies, maybe he's talking to more advanced people. And that core offer needs to be the intersection of what most people need and what you want to sell the most of. You might have some lower ticket offers, you might have some higher ticket offers, you might even have some free offers. But the core offer is the main one you're promoting. It could be any of those. It could be high ticket, low ticket, mid ticket, but you need to know which one. If you do this, your leads are going to be super warm. They're going to know exactly what to expect, and they're going to be just tapping their credit cards, ready to buy on the sales call. Follow for more.
