One of my clients started selling a new offer for less than 20% of the price of his normal offer, and he is making a killing on it. So he's a tax accountant, he works with real estate investors, and his regular offer is $5,000 a year. But recently he started doing these boot camps for real estate investors. He charges $1,000 per ticket for this two day event, and every time he does one, about 25% of the attendees buy his $5,000 a year service. But this only works because he's selling both. He, he didn't just give up on the $5,000 a year service. In fact, he basically breaks even on the ads that he uses to get people into the boot camp. And so if he's going to make money, he has to upsell people.
