Short advice video (YouTube) by Peter Vander Wall giving three practical ways to save time by systemizing content creation: 1) quickly capture ideas in a bookmarked phone note and periodically expand them into scripts/outlines, 2) track all content in a single content database (speaker offers to share theirs via DM), and 3) outsource to an agency for editing and social-media management when time is scarce.

So here's three ways to save time by systemizing your content creation process. If you implement these tips, you'll have more time to spend on other areas of your business. First off, come up with a process for your video ideas. I keep a note bookmarked on the homepage of my phone so that every time I come up with a good content idea, I can write it down really quickly and save it for later. Then I go through that note every couple of weeks, flesh out the ideas that I really like into full video scripts or outlines. My second tip is to use a content database. This is a document that tracks all of your content in one place, allowing you to see what's what at a glance. Dm me the word database database and I'll give you mine for free. The third tip is a little more pro and it's to hire an agency. Different agencies provide different services editing your videos. Social media management at my agency we have a full service done for you offer as well. This is mostly for business owners whose time is extremely valuable and they want to build a personal brand with minimal effort.
