Athletes who have a glass of wine or two a couple times a week actually have better results than those who don't drink at all. Let's say you're a bodybuilder and you're working out really, really hard. The more you can chill out and relax and just shut yourself, shut your brain off, shut down your stress and your work, the more you can do that when you're not at the gym, the better your results are going to be because you're repairing your muscle. That person is going to be in a better position than like the bodybuilder who also has a business and they do vlogs on YouTube and they're like they're doing all these other things right because those all create stress. And you're already creat creating a ton of stress on your body by lifting heavy weights in the gym. And so for maximum benefit, you want to then have like 100 relaxation mode outside of that time in the gym.
